Drops & Refunds

Refund Policy

To receive a refund for your course, you must drop it by one of the refund deadlines. There are two refund deadlines — one for a full tuition refund, and one for a 50% refund. The registration fee is nonrefundable. For refund deadlines for your course, refer to your transaction summary or the Key Dates page.

If we are unable to enroll you in a course, or if your course is canceled, you will receive a refund of all fees associated with that course within three weeks. Refund checks will be issued to third-party payers if a third-party payer made the original payment.

Drop/Refund Requests

All drop and refund requests must be submitted in writing to Registration Services and include full name, student ID number, course name, number and section, and quarter of enrollment.
